What the app accesses
Inbox Five uses the Gmail API’s read-only permission. It retrieves the connected account’s email address and the unread message count associated with the main Inbox label.
How information is used
The information is used only to display unread inbox counts to the dashboard owner. Inbox Five does not send, delete, modify, or display email messages and does not use Gmail data for advertising.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are kept as protected server-side configuration and are not exposed in the browser. The app does not create a database of Gmail messages or sell Gmail information.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties. Service providers involved in securely hosting the application may process limited technical data solely to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
The app does not retain message content. Access can be revoked at any time from the connected Google Account’s third-party access settings. Stored OAuth credentials can also be deleted by the app owner.
Google API Services
Inbox Five’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
